Zeus Omega
Alternator Control System
An intelligent external regulation system that puts the drive electronics right at the alternator and links them to a battery-side controller with a single cable — no traditional multi-wire harness.
The intelligence sits at the source.
Conventional regulators run a bundle of wires as far as 30 feet back to a central box — more runs, more connection points, more time on the install, and more places for a fault to hide. Zeus Omega splits the job into two modules and connects them with one cable.
Control and drive, separated.
One module handles the thinking and mounts wherever is convenient near the battery. The other handles the work and mounts directly at the alternator, where the heat is.
The brain of the system
Mounts at the battery and runs WiFi, Bluetooth, app control, and the system logic that manages charging.

The muscle at the alternator
Epoxy-potted and sealed to IP68, rated for a 100°C engine bay. One cable connects it back to the Control Module.

- MountingAt the alternator
Alternator-agnostic by design.
Zeus Omega integrates with any externally regulated alternator — no hardware changes and no new parts to source. Whether your alternator is P-type or N-type, you set it in the app after install and the system adapts.
Six things that change the install.
No harness
A single cable runs to the module at the alternator, replacing the multi-wire bundle back to a central box.
Native WiFi
Reach your system remotely through AZ Cloud — the only alternator control system in its class with built-in WiFi.
Emergency charge mode
If the Control Module drops out, the drive module keeps charging safely so your batteries stay alive.
Modular multi-alternator
One controller can manage several externally regulated alternators by adding drive modules.
Engine run detect
The system senses when the engine is running without needing a dedicated ignition wire.
Settings history
A lifetime log of configuration changes gives full visibility into how the system has been set up over time.
Everything ships pre-terminated.
Every component is matched, terminated, and rated for where it lives. Open the box, connect the modules, and you're running.
Built to a standard.
Multi-voltage
12V / 24V / 36V / 48V system voltage with native WiFi and Bluetooth.
IP68 drive module
Epoxy-potted and rated to 100°C (212°F) for the harshest part of the engine bay.
App controlled
iOS and Android, with CarPlay and Android Auto and customizable parameter fields.
Integrations
Works with Victron DVCC, NMEA 2000, RV-C, CZone, and smart BMS battery systems.
P-type & N-type
Compatible with both alternator types, selectable directly in the app.
2-year warranty
Control Module and drive module covered for two years. Part no. AZOMEGA.
One cable, a global standard.
The AZ CAN cable uses N2K-style DeviceNet (M12) connectors — the same standard used across marine electronics worldwide. The 5M / 16ft cable is included in the kit. Need more reach? Extend it with any standard NMEA 2000 cable in 16ft increments. No proprietary adapters.

Hall Effect current sensing.
Non-contact current sensors deliver accurate measurement without the setup of a traditional analog shunt — faster commissioning, better state-of-charge tracking, and more useful diagnostics.
Hall Effect — Control Module
Battery or alternator current sensing at the Control Module, without installing and calibrating a shunt.
Hall Effect — Drive Module
Alternator current sensing at the drive module, feeding real-time data into regulation and diagnostics.
Frequently asked.
What's included in the kit?
Six components: the Control Module, the Alternator Drive Module, a 5M / 16ft AZ CAN cable, a short power connection, two IP67 fuses with holders, and a temperature sensor. Everything arrives pre-terminated and ready to install.
What applications is it made for?
High-output alternator setups in marine, RV, van, and other demanding high-draw electrical systems. It supports P-type and N-type alternators across 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V.
Will it work with my existing alternator?
Yes — it's alternator-agnostic. It integrates with any externally regulated alternator with no hardware modifications. You select P-type or N-type in the app after installation.
Can I run more than one alternator?
Yes. One Control Module communicates with one or more drive modules over the AZ CAN network. Add an alternator, add a drive module, add a cable.
How does the cable extend?
The included 5M / 16ft cable uses standard N2K DeviceNet (M12) connectors and extends with any NMEA 2000 cable in 16ft increments — no proprietary adapters. An extension cable is available separately as part no. WH2105.
Can I replace individual parts?
Yes. The Control Module (AZCM) and Drive Module (AZADM) are available individually, so you can replace or expand parts without buying a whole new system.
PCBAs built in-house. Assembled in the USA.
Every Zeus Omega board is manufactured on in-house SMT equipment with firmware developed by ARCO's engineering team, then assembled in the USA — no outsourced boards, no overseas firmware.
