RackUp+Go offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In no case shall RackUp+Go, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RackUp+Go and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 15 - Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 16 - Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Section 20 - EV Charging Component Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, and Customer Responsibility

The EV charging inlet port, active vehicle control module, wiring, connectors, adapters, brackets, and related components sold by RackUp+Go are component-level products only. They are not a complete, certified, or fully engineered EV charging system unless expressly stated in writing by RackUp+Go.

These components may be listed, described, or marketed as capable of being used with certain power systems, including the BLUETTI RVSolar system. Any such reference is for general compatibility or application awareness only. It is not an installation instruction, engineering approval, certification, guarantee of performance, or representation that the components are appropriate, lawful, safe, code-compliant, or suitable for any specific vehicle, build, electrical system, charging source, use case, or jurisdiction.

By purchasing, installing, connecting, configuring, operating, or using these components, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for all aspects of system design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, inspection, and use. This includes, without limitation:

  • determining whether the components are appropriate for the customer’s vehicle, electrical system, battery system, inverter/charger, shore power source, EV charging source, or other connected equipment;

  • ensuring the full installation complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and industry requirements, including electrical codes, vehicle codes, fire codes, campground/RV park rules, inspection requirements, insurance requirements, and any applicable EV charging standards;

  • verifying proper conductor sizing, overcurrent protection, grounding, bonding, isolation, strain relief, enclosure ratings, environmental protection, ventilation, thermal protection, disconnects, labeling, fault protection, and safe routing of all wiring;

  • ensuring that any EV charging inlet, control module, or related component is installed only by a qualified professional with appropriate experience in high-voltage, low-voltage, vehicle, RV, marine, off-grid, and/or EV charging electrical systems, as applicable;

  • verifying all manufacturer requirements for any other connected equipment;

  • testing and commissioning the completed installation before use;

  • inspecting and maintaining the system over time;

  • ensuring that the completed system is safe for the intended environment, including vibration, water exposure, dust, heat, freezing temperatures, road debris, movement, corrosion, and other mobile-use conditions.

RackUp+Go does not provide engineering services, electrical design approval, code approval, inspection approval, installation supervision, or legal/regulatory advice unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized company representative. Any product description, diagram, photo, video, email, phone conversation, chat message, website content, social media content, or other communication from RackUp+Go is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be treated as a substitute for review by a qualified installer, electrician, engineer, inspector, vehicle manufacturer, power-system manufacturer, or other appropriate professional.

The customer understands that improper selection, installation, configuration, operation, or use of EV charging components can create serious risks, including electric shock, electrocution, fire, explosion, equipment failure, battery damage, inverter/charger damage, vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, death, warranty denial, insurance denial, code violations, and legal liability.

The customer assumes all risk and responsibility arising from the selection, installation, configuration, integration, operation, maintenance, and use of these components. RackUp+Go is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, claim, code violation, inspection failure, warranty denial, insurance denial, downtime, loss of use, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from or related to the customer’s installation, integration, configuration, operation, misuse, modification, or application of these components.

The customer further acknowledges that:

  1. Compatibility references do not guarantee system-level compatibility. A component may physically or electrically interface with another product and still require additional engineering, protection, programming, inspection, or approval before it can be safely used.

  2. No customer should rely solely on product-page content, photos, videos, or informal communications when designing or installing an EV charging or vehicle power system.

  3. Unless expressly stated in writing, RackUp+Go does not represent that the completed installation will be UL Listed, ETL Listed, CSA certified, NEC compliant, SAE compliant, RVIA compliant, OEM approved, insurance approved, inspection approved, or legal for road, RV, commercial, fleet, marine, residential, or public charging use.

  4. The customer is responsible for verifying whether the installation affects any vehicle warranty, power-system warranty, battery warranty, insurance coverage, inspection status, or legal classification of the vehicle.

  5. Any modification to the components, wiring, firmware, software, connectors, enclosures, seals, ratings, or intended application is performed solely at the customer’s risk.

  6. The customer is responsible for stopping use immediately if there is abnormal heat, smell, smoke, arcing, intermittent charging, error codes, nuisance tripping, water intrusion, damaged wiring, loose connectors, corrosion, physical damage, or any other sign of unsafe operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RackUp+Go disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, system compatibility, code compliance, regulatory compliance, and suitability for any specific installation or use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RackUp+Go liability for any claim related to these components shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific component giving rise to the claim. RackUp+Go shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including damage to vehicles, batteries, inverters, chargers, electrical systems, structures, personal property, business operations, or third-party property.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RackUp+Go, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or demands arising out of or related to the customer’s selection, installation, integration, modification, operation, misuse, resale, or use of the components, including any claim that the customer relied on RackUp+Go product description, compatibility reference, communication, or general information as installation or engineering direction.

Do not purchase, install, connect, configure, operate, or use these components unless you accept full responsibility for the completed system and all related risks. If you are not qualified to design, install, inspect, and validate the system, you must hire a qualified professional before proceeding.
