Four essentials.
One better basecamp.

Dometic 48V FreshJet + Dometic CRX80U AC/DC Refrigerator + VELIT Gasoline or Diesel Air Heater + MaxxFan Deluxe.

01 / CLIMATEDometic 48V FreshJet rooftop air conditioner and heat pump

Dometic / 48V FreshJet

Cool air. Warm welcome.

A variable-speed compressor and brushless DC fans deliver adaptable cabin comfort. Direct 48V DC operation powers the A/C without converting its supply through a 120V AC inverter. The built-in heat pump adds another way to take the chill off.

  • Variable compressor speed responds to cooling demand.
  • Low-profile rooftop design keeps the living area open.
  • Cooling and heat-pump heating in one appliance.
Power supply48V DC
Rated cooling output3,005W
Rated heating output2,859W
Unit weight77.6 lb
RefrigerantR32

Output figures describe thermal capacity, not battery power consumption. A compatible air distribution box and installation components are required; confirm the selected package contents.

02 / REFRIGERATIONDometic CRX80U compressor refrigerator

Dometic / CRX80U AC/DC

Fresh food. Less fuss.

Pack real meals, cold drinks, and a few things for the freezer. The CRX80U pairs compressor refrigeration with a removable freezer compartment, so you can adjust the interior to suit the trip.

  • Removable freezer compartment creates flexible storage.
  • Electronic temperature and compressor-speed control.
  • Integrated LED interior lighting.

03 / FUEL-FIRED HEATVELIT gasoline or diesel air heater

VELIT / 4000P air heater

Cold mornings, handled.

Fuel supplies the heat; 12V electricity runs the heater’s electronics and airflow. It complements the FreshJet heat pump with a separate heating option when you want to reserve battery energy for other loads.

  • Choose the gasoline or diesel version for your fuel setup.
  • Barometric altitude compensation adjusts the air/fuel mix.
  • Thermostat and Bluetooth control on the current model.
Heating class4kW / approx. 14,000 BTU/h
Electrical supply12V DC
Published running power20–46W
Gasoline consumption0.05–0.13 gal/h
Diesel consumption0.05–0.12 gal/h

Gasoline and diesel are separate variants. Electrical demand increases during ignition. Consumption varies with output; follow the supplied manual for fuel, intake, exhaust, and shutdown requirements.

04 / VENTILATION Stylized ventilation illustration showing reversible airflow Airflow illustration

Maxxair / MaxxFan Deluxe

Let your space breathe.

Bring fresh air in or move warm, stale air out. Ten fan speeds let you choose the airflow, while the integrated rain shield allows ventilation during rain without a separate roof-vent cover.

  • Reversible operation for intake or exhaust.
  • Thermostat control helps manage cabin ventilation.
  • Tool-free removal of the interior insect screen.
Electrical supply12V DC

Lid color, lift mechanism, and remote-control equipment depend on the selected Deluxe model. This is a ventilation fan; it does not refrigerate incoming air.

Comfort for the way you travel.

Each appliance has a purpose. Together, they give you more ways to make your van feel good throughout the day.

After a hot trail day

Reach for a cold drink and settle into a cooled cabin. Once the evening air feels good, switch to ventilation.

Before the first coffee

Use the heat pump within its operating range, or warm the cabin with fuel-fired heat while keeping more battery energy available.

When dinner is on

Keep ingredients refrigerated and use exhaust ventilation to help clear cooking odors. Leave a suitable opening for replacement air.

Plan the power.
Enjoy the possibilities.

Built for a thoughtfully designed van electrical system. The appliances use different supplies, so match each circuit to the equipment it powers.

Power and installation overview
Appliance Supply Plan for
FreshJet A/C + heat pump 48V DC Compatible supply, dedicated protected circuit, roof support, and matching ADB.
CRX80U refrigerator 12/24V DC or 120V AC Correct supply, cabinet ventilation, secure mounting, and door clearance.
VELIT air heater 12V DC + selected fuel Fuel connection, external combustion intake/exhaust, duct routing, and startup demand.
MaxxFan Deluxe 12V DC Its own roof opening, a protected circuit, sealing, and replacement airflow.
Building around a 48V battery bank? Provide properly sized voltage conversion for the lower-voltage DC appliances. Verify the FreshJet supply against the exact unit’s permitted voltage range across the battery’s entire charge cycle.

Battery runtime depends on usable capacity, weather, insulation, settings, and other loads. Appliance output ratings are not electrical consumption figures. This bundle description does not establish the contents of an installation kit.

Why pair a heat pump with a fuel-fired heater?

They give you two heating options. The heat pump uses electrical energy; the VELIT heater gets its heat from the selected fuel while still needing electricity to operate. Choose the option that suits the conditions and your available energy. Heat-pump performance changes with outdoor temperature, and each appliance must stay within its operating limits.

What is included in this bundle?

The bundle combines the four named appliances: Dometic 48V FreshJet air conditioner and heat pump, Dometic CRX80U AC/DC refrigerator, a VELIT gasoline or diesel air heater, and MaxxFan Deluxe. Check the selected options and package contents for exact models, colors, controllers, and accessories. Power equipment, installation labor, and vehicle-specific materials should only be treated as included when explicitly listed.

Can I add ROAMiQ control?

ROAMiQ integration options are available for the Dometic 48V FreshJet, compatible VELIT heaters, and supported MaxxFan Deluxe models. Contact our team to match the modules to your selected hardware. ROAMiQ equipment and integration modules are separate unless expressly included in your bundle.
