Wild Game Gold Rush Summer Sausage Seasoning Kit

These sausages are a hunter's favorite quarry and are found in many a hunting camp. Hi-Country Sandwich & Snack Sausage Kits include three traditional flavor favorites, each of which has been uniquely enhanced with key ingredients ranging from cracked peppercorn in our Old Style Salami, to whole mustard seed in our Summer Sausage.

Each kit contains enough seasoning and cure for 30 lbs. meat. Inside you will find one seasoning bag, two cure packets, six jumbo fibrous casings (4.5” diameter x 19” length) and twist ties (seven casings in the Summer Sausage). Each kit has complete step-by-step instructions that lead you from grinding to stuffing to cooking procedures with either a home oven or smoker/cooker.
