Description
The Groove Fairlead is a hawse-style fairlead designed specifically to protect synthetic winch line. Unlike a standard hawse, it fully shields your line from direct contact with trees, rocks, or the bumper face without needing a hook or attachment to do it. Available in five configurations to fit standard winch drums, narrow competition drums, ARB-style bumpers, SXS rigs, and ATVs.
*NOTE: Hardware is NOT included. If you need a stainless steel hardware kit for installation, please CLICK HERE.

FAQ
Do I need to re-do my winch line splice?
Re-tying a Brummell splice at the end of your winch line takes a few minutes and doesn't require pulling your entire line off the drum. If you need a new synthetic winch line, we can supply one of those too.
Does it come with hardware?
No. Stainless steel hardware kits are available separately HERE.
Can I run my winch line without a thimble?
You can, but soft shackles are the recommended connection — they provide a larger radius at the eye and won't collapse under extreme loads the way a thimble can. Soft shackles first, hard shackles second, thimbles last.
