The ROAMiQ × Victron STACK is a bench-built, stacked Victron Power and ROAMiQ Control system engineered to eliminate the time, space, and variability of traditional on-vehicle power builds. Every STACK ships pre-mounted, pre-wired, pre-configured, and fully tested before it ever reaches your door.

STACK consolidates AC power, DC distribution, charging sources, monitoring, and system protection into a compact, low-profile assembly mounted on a structural bracket. Components are vertically stacked using optimized conductor lengths and fixed routing paths, resulting in a dramatically smaller footprint than traditional wall-mounted Victron builds.

The mounting bracket is engineered to install directly over the inverter/charger, forming a compact, protected, and thermally managed power assembly while still respecting Victron’s installation requirements. The bracket geometry is designed to maintain the recommended 4 inches of clearance around the inverter/charger, ensuring proper airflow and heat dissipation as specified by Victron.

Rather than spacing components apart across a large wall area, the system uses a purpose-built structural bracket with integrated active cooling to manage thermal performance within a much smaller footprint. The bracket incorporates dedicated cooling fans that are synchronized with the inverter/charger’s internal fan operation. As inverter load and temperature increase, the bracket-mounted fans activate in tandem, actively moving air across the inverter, surrounding components, and the vertical stack.

This coordinated airflow reduces heat buildup in confined installations, minimizes thermal stress on adjacent components, and supports consistent performance under sustained loads. By integrating airflow management directly into the mounting structure, it eliminates the need for oversized ventilation cutouts or ad-hoc cabinet fan solutions.

The result is a clean, space-efficient installation that preserves Victron-recommended clearances, maintains proper cooling behavior, and enables professional-grade installations in tighter utility bays and cabinets without compromising reliability or serviceability.

Fully Bench-Built & Tested Before Shipment

Each ROAMiQ × Victron STACK is:

• Assembled and wired on the bench

• Electrically verified and inspected

• Pre-configured for proper charging logic and system behavior

• Prepared for fast, clean installation

All internal circuits are completed using properly sized cables, crimped terminals, and heat-shrink. 

Modular by Design — Built for Customization

While this version represents a proven baseline configuration, the bracket is intentionally modular and fully customizable.

Any component can be substituted or adjusted to meet the specific requirements of your build, including:

• DC-DC charging configuration, including the additional of high output alternators/regulators

• Solar charge controller selection

• AC or DC distribution layout

• Networking, monitoring, or control components

• Protection and disconnect hardware

Optional extension wings can be added to the mounting system to support additional components now or in the future, allowing the system to scale without redesigning the core assembly.
