Why Choose the Tec Vanlife Modular Roof Rack?

Our roof rack redefines functionality and strength, designed specifically for the demands of camper van travel. Here’s what sets it apart:

• Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Custom aluminum extrusions ensure exceptional durability while keeping the rack lightweight for better fuel efficiency.
• Versatile Crossbars: Adapt to your adventure needs by easily relocating crossbars to fit solar panels, storage boxes, or other gear.
• Enhanced Cooling & Heat Dissipation: Laser-cut openings in the sidewalls allow for improved airflow, cooling solar panels while parked.
• Advanced Aerodynamics: The wind fairing reduces noise and drag, providing a quieter and more efficient driving experience.

How It’s Made

Crafted from high-pressure molded aluminum extrusions, our roof rack offers unmatched structural integrity. Unlike bent aluminum racks, which weaken at bending points, this design maintains a uniform and robust profile for maximum load-bearing capacity.

Additional Features:

• Mounting Brackets Included: All necessary brackets for secure installation come with the package.
• Decking System Available: Expand your roof rack’s capabilities with our new decking system, perfect for rooftop lounging or securing extra gear.
• Easy Installation: First-time DIY installation estimated at 1–1.5 hours.
• Safety First: Regular inspection and hardware tightening recommended to ensure long-term reliability.
