Desert Defender Classic Fender Flares – Rounded Rear Arch, Single Cut Install for 2019–2026+ Sprinter

Product Description

Designed and manufactured in-house in Portland, Oregon, the Desert Defender Classic Edition was built for Sprinter owners running larger tires who need additional clearance without compromising fit or appearance.

The Classic profile follows the factory body lines with a smooth, symmetrical shape that looks intentional rather than oversized. When suspension compresses off pavement or during tight steering, the added room at the wheel openings helps reduce rubbing that commonly appears once tire size increases.

Each flare mounts mechanically using the supplied hardware, while 3M VHB tape helps achieve a tight, contoured fit to the body. The result is a secure, clean installation that can be completed with standard tools.

Constructed from textured black TPO plastic, the flares are durable enough for daily driving and backcountry travel alike.

*Note: This kit requires the use of our Mondo Mudguards.

**Note: Trimming of the front bumper is necessary (template provided).

***Note: Installation requires minor sheet metal cutting (template included).
