ROAMiQ x Victron STACK Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, ALASKA, HAWAII, OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the ROAMiQ x Victron STACK Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is LarsCo, LLC d/b/a RackUp+Go, 4521 N Hillcrest Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, website: rackupgo.com (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Sponsor. Victron Energy, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Google, and any other third-party platform, website, event organizer, vendor, manufacturer, or promotional channel used to advertise, host, promote, or display this Sweepstakes are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or partners of this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated in writing by Sponsor.
All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 20, 2026 at 12:00:00 PM Central Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer systems, or the systems used by Sponsor’s sweepstakes-entry platform, shall be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. Conditional Drawing Requirement
This is a conditional sweepstakes.
Sponsor will conduct the prize drawing only if Sponsor receives at least 45,000 unique, eligible, verified entries by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
If Sponsor does not receive at least 45,000 unique, eligible, verified entries by October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time, no drawing will be held, no winner will be selected, and no prize will be awarded.
Sponsor will determine, in its sole reasonable discretion, whether entries are unique, eligible, verified, legitimate, and compliant with these Official Rules.
4. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, excluding residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is intended for end consumers only.
The following individuals and entities are not eligible to enter or win:
Dealers, distributors, builders, resellers, installers entering in a commercial capacity, competitors of Sponsor, vendors of Sponsor, manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, directors, representatives, agents, immediate family members of any excluded person, and persons living in the same household as any excluded person.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and in-law relationships, whether biological, adopted, step, foster, or otherwise legally recognized.
Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residence, end-consumer status, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
5. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Sweepstakes entry page or other authorized Sweepstakes entry location designated by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period and submit the required entry information.
Required entry information may include first name, last name, valid email address, state of residence, and confirmation of eligibility.
Entry requires providing a valid email address for Sweepstakes administration and marketing consent. By entering, entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from RackUp+Go, ROAMiQ, and/or affiliated Sponsor brands. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Sponsor’s emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect eligibility or void an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
6. Entry Limit
Limit one entry per household during the Sweepstakes Period.
For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “household” means all persons who share the same residential address, regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or entry methods.
If Sponsor determines that multiple entries were submitted from the same household, physical address, location, IP pattern, device pattern, email-domain pattern, or other substantially related source, Sponsor may disqualify some or all related entries.
Sponsor may remove all entries from consideration if Sponsor determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that an entrant attempted to submit multiple entries, used false information, used multiple email addresses, used multiple identities, used automated tools, used artificial intelligence tools to generate or submit entries, used bots, scripts, macros, sweepstakes clubs, form-filling services, commercial entry services, or otherwise attempted to manipulate or circumvent the entry process.
7. Legitimate Entry Requirement; Fraud Prevention
Only legitimate entries submitted by real human end consumers are eligible.
Sponsor may use lawful and commercially reasonable fraud-prevention and verification tools, including but not limited to IP tracking, device information, email-verification tools, duplicate-entry review, geolocation indicators, domain review, CAPTCHA, bot-detection tools, form-submission analysis, phone verification, address verification, identity verification, manual review, and other fraud-prevention methods.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, forged, generated by bots or automated systems, submitted by artificial intelligence tools, submitted by commercial entry services, submitted through fraudulent means, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise determined by Sponsor to be illegitimate may be disqualified.
Sponsor’s failure to identify or remove an ineligible or fraudulent entry at any point does not waive Sponsor’s right to later disqualify the entry or entrant.
8. Prize
If the 45,000-entry threshold is met and the drawing is held, one eligible winner will receive one 12V ROAMiQ x Victron STACK with an approximate retail value of $7,000.
Prize includes the 12V ROAMiQ x Victron STACK components listed on the applicable RackUp+Go product page as determined by Sponsor.
Prize does not include batteries. Prize does not include a ROAMiQ display screen. Prize does not include installation, labor, professional installer fees, vehicle modifications, wiring not included with the product, additional parts or accessories, permits, inspections, taxes, registration, insurance, compliance costs, or any other costs or expenses not expressly stated as included in these Official Rules.
Shipping/freight to a valid address in the contiguous United States is included. Sponsor will handle freight-damage claims related to shipment of the prize, provided the winner reasonably cooperates with Sponsor’s freight-claim process, including providing photos, delivery documentation, inspection notes, and any other information reasonably requested by Sponsor.
No cash alternative, substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the stated prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Otherwise, substitutions are not allowed.
9. Installation, Compatibility, and Use
Winner is solely responsible for determining whether the prize is compatible with winner’s intended vehicle, power system, use case, installation environment, and local requirements.
Winner is solely responsible for all installation, configuration, additional parts, wiring, fusing, circuit protection, mounting, labor, professional services, permits, inspections, compliance with manufacturer instructions, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Sponsor strongly recommends that the prize be installed only by qualified professionals familiar with vehicle electrical systems, lithium battery systems, inverter/charger systems, DC and AC electrical systems, and all applicable safety standards.
Sponsor is not responsible for improper installation, improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible components, vehicle damage, electrical faults, fire, injury, property damage, code violations, warranty issues, or other losses arising out of or related to installation, configuration, use, misuse, or attempted use of the prize.
10. Winner Selection
If, and only if, Sponsor receives at least 45,000 unique, eligible, verified entries by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
The drawing will occur on or about November 30, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the 45,000-entry threshold is not met, odds of winning are zero because no drawing will be held and no prize will be awarded.
11. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information submitted at entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required paperwork, fails to provide required verification, refuses the prize, cannot be contacted, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries, provided the drawing threshold was met.
Before being declared the winner and before the prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to complete and return, within the time specified by Sponsor:
An affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, IRS Form W-9, proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residence, shipping-address confirmation, end-consumer certification, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.
Failure to timely complete and return required documentation may result in disqualification.
12. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, assessments, and reporting obligations associated with receipt, possession, or use of the prize.
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other tax documentation as required by law. Winner must provide a valid completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
13. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, image, photograph, voice, statements, social media content, testimonial, prize information, and related materials for advertising, marketing, publicity, trade, social media, website, email, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
14. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor for Sweepstakes administration, eligibility verification, fraud prevention, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and marketing purposes.
Entry requires providing a valid email address for administration and marketing consent. By entering, entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from RackUp+Go, ROAMiQ, and/or affiliated Sponsor brands. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect eligibility or void an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the RackUp+Go privacy policy available at rackupgo.com, subject to these Official Rules.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and current. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filtering, incorrect contact information, carrier failures, or other communication issues outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, bot activity, artificial intelligence activity, platform issues, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs or compromises the integrity, administration, fairness, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, suspended, modified, or terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, either not award the prize or conduct a drawing from among eligible, verified entries received before the action was taken, provided the 45,000-entry threshold has been satisfied and doing so is lawful and commercially reasonable.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, submits false information, attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
16. Release of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, advertising and promotion partners, platform providers, and all third-party platforms used to advertise or promote the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, death, property damage, rights of publicity or privacy claims, tax liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, entry submission, winner selection, prize acceptance, prize delivery, prize installation, prize use, prize misuse, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
This release does not waive any rights, claims, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
17. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, undeliverable, delayed, corrupted, or stolen entries; technical failures; website failures; server failures; network failures; email failures; telephone failures; platform outages; social media errors; trade show collection errors; data loss; unauthorized access; human error; printing errors; typographical errors; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or any other error or issue that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate or Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes.
If a production, typographical, technical, or other error causes more prizes to be claimed than intended, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated prize by random drawing from among all valid, non-suspect, eligible claims received.
18. Disputes; Governing Law; Venue; Class Action Waiver
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the prize shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
Entrant waives any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
Entrant waives any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entrant agrees that any recovery shall be limited to entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs of participating in the Sweepstakes, if any. Entrant waives any right to recover attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, indirect damages, statutory damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives any claim, right, remedy, defense, or protection that cannot legally be waived.
19. Winner List
If the 45,000-entry threshold is met and a winner is selected, entrants may request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state by emailing Sponsor at the email address designated on the Sweepstakes entry page or on rackupgo.com.
Winner-list requests must be received within 90 days after the drawing date.
20. Abbreviated Rules for Advertising
Sponsor may use the following abbreviated rules in advertising, subject to space limitations:

Batteries, ROAMiQ display screen, installation, taxes, and other costs not included. Entry requires a valid email address for administration and marketing consent; entrants may unsubscribe anytime without affecting eligibility.
