Our Curried Cauliflower Soup is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse boasting antioxidants, vitamin C, and curcumin -- the active inflammatory-reducing compound found in turmeric. Cauliflower is also featured for its calming and immune-strengthening effects. Flavored with Ayurvedic spices, it is finished with cilantro and a pungent helping of lemon for glucose assistance. Instructions for heating: Place soup in pot on stove on medium heat for 1-3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
