BMPRO’s MiniBoostPRO is a compact Lithium DC-DC charger with solar input, specially designed for the RV market. The MiniBoostPRO battery charger offers effective charging of your caravan, 4WD or camper trailer’s house battery from the towing vehicle’s electrical system. Blending both solar and auxiliary inputs, the MiniBoostPRO provides a combined charging current of up to a maximum of 30A, with a preference to solar. It features proprietary technology designed to charge from modern car alternators. Moreover, it can be used with LiFePO4 batteries as well as with traditional lead acid batteries.
The MiniBoostPRO provides a multi stage charging profile. It functions when wired directly to 12V batteries and enhances BMPRO’s BatteryPlus35 and J35 battery management systems. A range of protective features built into the MiniBoostPRO will guard your caravan or camper trailer’s charging capacity.

Can I use the MiniBoostPRO inside my engine bay?
The MiniBoostPRO Lithium DC-DC charger cannot be used inside an engine bay as it is rated to IP20.
Does the MiniBoostPRO connect to home solar panels?
No, the MiniBoostPRO will not connect if the voltage rating of your home solar panels is over 25V
Can I run my appliances directly from MiniBoostPRO without any battery being connected to it?
The MiniBoostPRO works only when the battery is connected to the output. You can connect your appliances to a battery, but the MiniBoostPRO output will have to be connected at the same time.
What if I have several batteries installed in parallel?
The MiniBoostPRO is capable of charging multiple batteries installed in parallel.
Where do I install the relay? Does it go in my caravan down there the power supply or does it go in my car? And do I need an auto electrician to install this?
It is recommended to have a suitably qualified person wire in the relay into your car and the MiniBoost as close as possible to the house battery to ensure optimal performance
